this week

new year moving

we moved again! to savannah again! we just got here yesterday and i've been working on unpacking in our bright tiny apartment. which has stairs, which fig really likes.

i've also been working on crochet ideas for the new year, and one of them is baby and throw blankets. these two are for my friend Corrine, but i'll be adding some blankets when i re-open my shop soon!

for christmas some of my favorite presents were a kindle reader and also some pretty books to add to my real bookshelf too. i can't wait to read and read and read.

yesterday we found our perfect family tree. huge and blue and a little bit wild.  now it is living in our house, (and hopefully won't fall over the day after christmas and crush everything like last year.)

happy december! 

this month is already a good one.

i woke up to a dusting of snow,

 my sister and friend are flying in on saturday,

 my cousin is expecting her little baby anyday now,

and my collection of trees has grown to 4... 2 still to be put up.

the jensen yearly ornament this year is.. a burger!  we really like going out for a good burger.
