we are here! last night we took a break from unpacking and went on a supper picnic. and i wore my crochet top!  the sun goes down so fast behind the mountains, so it was a quick picnic. i can feel fall coming already.and i like it.

we went on our annual family trip to duluth last week! we also took a day trip up to grand marais, which is all the way up the north shore near canada. and is the cutest town..i think i want to live there someday.

i think i want to go on a picnic every single day. today we went to a country park and brought a cookstove and ate mexican pizza/quesadilla type things. and they were so good! plus eating outside is always better.

it's true

i live in the birthplace of America.
it's finally spring and today we took a bike ride up to Big Ole.
i even got a little sunburned!
