Photos from our family trip on Lake Superior this September:
we stayed in Grand Marais and Beaver Bay, saw lighthouses and waterfalls, hiked, had a campfire, ate lotttts of really good food, had a baby shower for my sister and brother in law-who started foster parenting this fall, and Mike and I also celebrated our 5th anniversary while we were there.

last friday was our wedding anniversary!

we spent the day together, going to the record store and the bakery to get an anniversary cupcake,

and i opened some anniversary prezzers from mike. he also got me the whole series of boy meets world! it was the most romantic thing ever.

then later we went out to dinner,  where we sat by the window and watched it rain and rain just like it did on our wedding day.
